Role Description:

The Technical Sales Service Executive will be responsible for providing technical support, conducting sales activities, and delivering excellent customer service. Key tasks include understanding customer requirements, recommending suitable products, preparing product demonstrations, and addressing technical inquiries. Additionally, the role involves maintaining customer relationships and ensuring post-sales support and service.

Job Description:

1. Localization of Technical Documents

  • Translate and compile technical documents from English to Vietnamese, ensuring content is clear, accurate, and appropriate for the technical context.

2. Technical Support and Customer Guidance

  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
  • Conduct testing and evaluation of new equipment when required.
  • Provide guidance on equipment operation, periodic maintenance, and handover procedures.
  • Record information for equipment received from customers for repair, and coordinate with the technical team to propose appropriate solutions.

3. Consultation and Sales of Technical Services

  • Advise customers on technical service packages (e.g., maintenance, calibration, installation, training, equipment testing, etc.).
  • Analyse customer needs and recommend suitable service solutions tailored to specific customer segments.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on orders, and support handling of requests related to service contracts.

4. Customer Care and Business Development

  • Maintain regular contact with existing customers to ensure service quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Recommend additional services when appropriate based on customer needs.
  • Identify and develop new customer opportunities through direct contact, online channels, seminars, and exhibitions.

5. Internal Coordination and Knowledge Update

  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Technical teams to deliver integrated equipment and service solutions.
  • Support the Marketing team in marketing campaigns related to technical services.
  • Continuously update technical knowledge and industry trends to improve consulting effectiveness.

6. Service Development Contribution

  • Gather customer feedback to improve the content and quality of services.
  • Propose ideas to enhance the customer experience and expand the service portfolio.
  • Contribute suggestions to improve cross-departmental operational efficiency.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graduated from University, majored in Chemical or Environmental Engineering, or a related field, is preferred.
  • Priority is given to students who are about to graduate and will receive additional training.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to communicate, read, and draft documents in English well.
  • Ability to analyze and solve problems quickly and effectively.
  • Willing to travel for business and undertake extended trips as required by the job
  • Experience using laboratory equipment is an advantage.
